CHECK OUT OUR RECIPE OF THE WEEK!

The heart of clean eating is consuming food in its most natural state, or as close to it as possible. It is not a diet; it’s a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation, leading to an improved life – one meal at a time.  It is a smart approach because you don't deprive your body of the things you love and crave, so it's easier to maintain for life.  Since you are not putting additives and chemicals into your body, it recognizes the nutrition in everything you eat and uses it as the fuel your body needs.  When you eat processed and refined foods (such as white flour and white sugar), your body doesn't recognize them as nutrition - it's more or less a chemical to your body.

At CustomFit, we promote eating Clean because we see the positive impact it has on achieving fitness goals.  Every week, we bring a clean snack to class for everyone to try and then we share the recipes.
